Jacqueline Meyers, FNP comes to us from Missouri with a love for Wyoming and a desire to provide her Family Nurse Practitioner skills to children in Fremont County. She is an experienced nurse and also Nurse Practitioner and you will enjoy her engaging personality and her medical expertise. She has enjoyed focusing her skills entirely on the Pedatric population now.
Jacqueline Meyer is a board certified family nurse practitioner. Jacqueline received her master’s degree in nursing in 2011 from Southeast Missouri State University where she also held a graduate assistantship position. Jacqueline has been a nurse for almost 20 years and her clinical experience before becoming a nurse practitioner includes working in a dialysis unit, emergency room, and critical care nursing.
Inpatient care and ambulatory care have been included in Jacqueline’s experience since completing her training as a family nurse practitioner. She has been involved with her community, facilitating an eating disorder group and an adolescent sexual health education class.
Jacqueline’s clinical interest is in educating patients and their families to learn healthy lifestyle habits to achieve wellness. She enjoys helping patients through weight management, diabetes and hypertension prevention and control and lipid control.
