Well Child Care / Immunization

Fremont County Pediatrics believes that well child care exams play an important role in keeping children healthy.  These longer visits provide an opportunity for our providers to examine your child’s growth and development, and discuss age specific health, behavior and safety issues.  These exams often include a vision screening, lab work and routine immunizations.  We encourage families to bring a list of questions they have regarding their child’s health and development to well child care visits.

Our providers and staff look forward to getting to know you and your child as we work together during the years of infancy, childhood and adolescence.  We recommend well child care exams at 2 days, 1 week, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, 2 years.  After 2 years of age we recommend annual well child care exams.  Please bring your child’s immunization record to be updated at these visits.  For the older child, we have all the forms needed for sports participation.

Electronic Medical Records

All Forms are electronic allowing staff to access your records from anywhere enhancing quality of care for afterhour’s services and improving coordination of care between our Lander and Riverton Offices.  The doctors carry an iPad into the exam room with all of your childs information right in front of them organized in a way to maximize your child’s health care.  This same information is available to the doctor on call after hours from their home.  Your child’s information is stored on our servers on site and not in the cloud somewhere.  You can access your child’s information from the patient portal anytime.  Click on the paint blotch on our home page.
